Common Notarial Acts
A notarial act is an authorized act performed by a notary within their official capacity. The written instrument, narration or act is authenticated by the notary's signature and official seal and identifies a procedure which has been transacted by or before the notary.
Common notarial acts are:
- Jurat
- Acknowledgement
- Oath/Affirmation
