Common Notarial Acts
A notarial act is an authorized act performed by a notary within their official capacity. The written instrument, narration or act is authenticated by the notary's signature and official seal and identifies a procedure which has been transacted by or before the notary.
Common notarial acts are:
- Jurat
- Acknowledgement
- Oath/Affirmation
It is possible to need more than one notarial act to be performed during a scheduled appointment. Please see the schedule and fees section for more details about the current state mandated fees associated with notarial acts.
All appointments requested outside of standard business hours will be considered an emergency service and charged based on the time of request for rendered services. Call or email for details regarding additional fees.
